BookPound Seller Terms & Conditions

By registering as a seller on BookPound, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Escrow Payment System
All buyer payments are processed through BookPound's secure escrow system. Funds from completed orders are held until delivery is confirmed by the buyer or the delivery confirmation period expires. Only then are funds released to your seller wallet.

2. Commission Deduction
A commission fee is applied to each completed sale on the platform. The applicable commission rate will be automatically deducted from your order earnings before they are credited to your seller wallet.

3. Withdrawal Fees
Processing fees apply to all withdrawal requests from your seller wallet to your bank account. The applicable fee will be displayed before you confirm each withdrawal transaction.

4. Image & Content Policy
You must NOT use branded cover images, banners, profile pictures, or any imagery containing copyrighted logos, trademarks, or brand names belonging to third parties. All uploaded images and content must be original or properly licensed for commercial use. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

5. Account Compliance
BookPound reserves the right to withhold funds, suspend, or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet platform standards.
